By using Q Bakery or its app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the ordering service.

Accounts and orders

• You must provide accurate information, especially your phone number and delivery address.
• You are responsible for your password and all activity under your account.
• Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance until Q Bakery confirms it. We may decline an order when an item is unavailable, delivery is not possible, or there is an obvious error in price or information.
• You can review products, options, address, and price before confirming an order.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Israeli shekels unless stated otherwise and may change. The final price, fees, and discounts are shown before checkout. Online payments are handled by the approved payment provider, and an order may not be accepted if payment fails.

Food preparation and delivery

Preparation and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, and product availability. Someone must be available to receive the order, and you must provide a clear address and working phone number. Delivery fees may apply by area and will be shown before confirmation.

Food allergies

Products may be prepared in a kitchen that handles milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, and other ingredients. If you have an allergy or special dietary requirement, tell us before confirming your order. We cannot guarantee that a product is free from traces of allergens.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for fraud, fake orders, offer abuse, or unauthorized access to an account or the platform.

Ownership and changes

Q Bakery or its licensors own the brand, images, and content, which may not be copied without permission. We may change products, prices, or these terms; the published version applies when you use the service.
